1986 was when everything started. They wanted super soldiers. Fighters that could win against any army and terrify. Unfortunately the scientists - or geeks - were huge fans of lycanthrope [werewolf] films at the time. So they decided lets make our very own real life lycans. In 1986 they experimented with wolves and humans alike to try and create these abominations. In 2006 they suceeded. However, as the newly formed lycans began to get used to their own skin they began to get restless of their captivity and training to become the next generation in the protection of the UK. So the leader Malachi West of the group of lycans that had been created to date created an escape plan. He created a fire, and in the chaos of the burning secret lab escaped from the depths underground the Peak District along with his twenty other lycan friends. However once the got out to the surface it was then the divide really showed through.

Malachi West's best friend - and soon to be ex - Chase Kilvern didn't want to be known as a lycan. He wanted to be a human, and since they could change to human and lycan form at will opted to merge in with society. Malachi however didn't want to hide. He wanted to be known and respected. Malachi took half of the lycan population and set up the WOLFBITE lycan group. Whilst Chase took the other half of the lycan population and set up the BLACK-CLOAK lycan group. The Black-Cloak group merged into society, stayed in human form, and only went into lycan form when they went to their secret hideout just for Black-Cloak Lycans. The Wolfbite group however made sure people knew they exsisted, and even worked on turning other humans through biting into lycans themselves. Of course the lycan had to bite the human and then get the human to drink its own [the lycan's] blood but despite the grossness of the process a lot of humans were turned. Some civilians chose not to believe lycans exsisted - including the law officials - but others began to fear maybe something was lurking out there.

Huge wars broke out between the Black-Cloak and Wolfbite lycans often resulting in casulties on both their sides as well as human loss. In one of these wars, the greatest war known as THE RAMPAGE WAR Chase Kilvern died. Rumour has it he left behind a male descendant to take over the Black-Cloak's but so far Malachi and the other Wolfbite lycans haven't been able to confirm this rumour. Malachi however did confirm to all lycans alike that he back in the year of 1990 found a female human, turned her, and with her produced a female child. The Wolfbite Princess was called Jaime Valkyrie since at the time Malachi and his mate Carla Valkyrie hadn't married, and she - Carla - died during childbirth. Jaime became known as the first naturally produced and born lycan, and so from then on was famous. Known as a pureblood, and cherished by her father. Word has it that Malachi has been keeping Jaime hidden since she is a big target for all his enemies.

The war between both lycan group rages on. Now, the humans that do believe lycans exsist have even created a hunter's guild known as LYCAN HUNTERS GUILD and have been hunting as well as killing lycans. The war is raging, and all sides need as many people as possible.
